Brittany LaPalme-Wilson, M.S.Ed, W.D.P, is a licensed PK-12 reading specialist with a tenured English 7-12 teaching certification. Currently, she acts as a Critical Reading adjunct professor at the Community College of Allegheny County, and maintains a strategic focus on the literacy development of her post-secondary students.
In all, LaPalme-Wilson has over 15 years of teaching experience, as well as experience as a school administrator, curriculum writer, dyslexia practitioner, and data consultant. As a previous member of the School Leadership Team across two school districts and a current Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner, she establishes high expectations of excellence for students across a wide range of academic abilities.
The professional goal of Wilson Instruction is to develop students’ self-efficacy and growth mindset.
